REALTOR

Natalie is a Broker Associate with Windermere Real Estate in Fort Collins. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University and has more than 10 years of experience leading non-profit organizations as either an Executive Director or by serving on various Boards of Directors. In 2014, Natalie received the National Association of REALTORS ® designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist equipping her with the additional tools needed to help in fulfilling the needs of maturing adults in the community. She also holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert.
Natalie has been recognized as a Young Professional of the Year by the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ®, an award that given to young professionals who exhibit leadership skills in the community while maintaining a successful business model.

Passions & Involvements

Natalie is very passionate about her career in Real Estate and her role in leadership. During her term, she plans to lead with a servants heart and a stewards minds as the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® continues to forge forward as a leader among associations. As Natalie continues to explore opportunities to strengthen her leadership skills, she has also been selected to participate in the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® 2015 Leadership Academy where she will build relationships and partnerships with other associations across the state. As a result of her involvement in the 2015 CAR Leadership Academy, Natalie and her fellow academy participants have created the foundation of a leadership training toolkit for location associations across the State of Colorado.
In 2016, Natalie was honored with the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® Young Professional of the Year Award and the Chair's Distinguished Service Award.

About Natalie

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys reading, volunteering and giving back to the community. She currently serves as the Secretary for the Junior League of Fort Collins, a volunteer for Poudre School District and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of Rocky Mountain. Natalie also enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with her husband David and their two daughters Karen and Liz.
