More About Me


Natalie is a Broker Associate with Windermere Real Estate Colorado and is very passionate about her career in Real Estate and her role in leadership. With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Her dedication to the progression of the industry has been recognized by receiving the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of the 2015 Colorado REALTOR ® Association Leadership Academy.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. Having the philosophy of being a lifelong learner, she also received the National Association of REALTORS ® designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist equipping her with the additional tools needed to help in fulfilling the needs of mature adults in the community. She also holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert.

Passions & Involvements

You can also find Natalie volunteering and service in the community with various organization.  Some of which include, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Alzheimer's Association and other local non-profit organization.

Natalie is also a certified Art of Feminine Presence Instructor. The Art of Feminine Presence is a body of work that is ideal for women who want to be seen and heard with confidence, so they can ultimately STAND OUT from the crowd and make a positive difference they want to make…without having to “push” and struggle to be seen as their masculine energy.

As well as being an AFP Instructor, Natalie is currently a Ninja Instructor in training for the Ninja Selling Sales System created by Larry Kendall. The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people.


In her spare time, Natalie enjoys reading, volunteering and giving back to the community. She has served in leadership for the Junior League of Fort Collins, a volunteer for Poudre School District and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of Rocky Mountain. Natalie also enjoys reading, camping, hiking and traveling with her family.
